So, I have my new graphics card setup and all the settings and tweaks for both it and the game in a good place. The thing is the visual quality isn't where it should be. I have everything maxed for both the game and in PrecisionX 16. Yet there is some pretty decent pixelation that shouldn't exist. This is with the Direct 3D option. So, I tried it with OpenGL.
