NR2003 Paint Schemes question

If I were to have random paint schemes spawn for the same driver, how would I go about doing so?

For example, if I were to put three different schemes for the #11 car, I would want it to randomly choose between the three for him to race. I'm not sure if it's possible, but any help or feedback would be appreciated.
