WinMip Issue

If this has already been answered, I apoligize. I searched but could not find the answer.

I'm trying to create a custom dashboard, and whenever I go into WinMip to turn the new .bmp into a .mip file, I get the error below. Does anyone know what to do? I haven't messed with the height of the original .mip.
