So I am in a very odd situation. I improperly installed a mod which lead to my nr2003 not working, so I went to reinstall it but when I go to install it all I get is this:

When I click uninstall, I get this error:

The Papyrus folder has been deleted as I downloaded and ran the IOBit Uninstaller which cleaned up all the files of NR2003 from my computer including the registry, but I still get the same three options when I try to install...
