Illustrator Help with a File

Hey guys, not sure if anyone might be able to help, but I downloaded the Crown logo from brandsoftheworld.com and despite having CS4 Illustrator, it says "was created in a newer version".

Would anyone be willing to back-save to an EPS or at least to a CS3 or CS4 AI file?
