Track Editing Question Regarding TSOs

I've been making this updated version of Michigan International Speedway and I've been coming across this strange track side object error. When update the shared folder with files from Revamped Reloaded my track side objects disappear. They won't appear even if I attempt to load them from shared folder or from the track folder.
