I Downloaded uie 2013 last night. Everything works but I do not see any difference when driving aside from the flags, but nothing on the top of my screen except the mirror and replays look identical to the original, no CBS replay like I selected. My mouse cursor disappears on the bottom left and right corners as well as the top corners like something is there but its not showing. As far as in game options I have all animated boxes checked I don't know if there is some other background...
