Hey y'all, if you know me it's from my Winston Update that I started two years ago and will never be finished with. I do like to paint cars in my spare time while here in college, even though I'm really terrible at it it's very theraputic. Anyways, here's my scheme that I consider my "magnum opus" and race with all the time. Credit to Murray Simracing Design for his Johnny Benson 2003 Valvoline base.

Well, I'm not sure about you guys, but I missed this thread. I loved admiring other people graphics and posting some of my own shots. Sorry mods if you feel this is a bad idea, it can be deleted if it takes a wrong turn. Please though, try to keep as many crash shots away from this thread, no one wants to see 30 cars barrel rolling down the track, it's just unnecessary. While researching for Wikipedia, I came across some news sites online that report on the demolition or cessation of racing on some oval tracks in the USA.

The Myrtle Beach Speedway will be demolished after the last race in August this year. Which I think is a shame because I liked this oval. There are not many other D-shaped short tracks 1/2 mile long.

Hey Everyone,

It's been just over a year since the previous season ended, and I've got the crazy idea that I'd like to bring this back for 2020. This entirely depends on interest.

A few things will be changing should we move forward with a 2020 season, such as no driver restrictions. Since there's no cup or truck series at the moment, all drivers will be eligible for points. The field size will also be cut down to 36 cars.

So, by a show of hands, who's ready? I'll keep this up for...

With the SRD NNS and Truck Series starting back up, I talked about it with Sean and want to see if there would be any interest in the IndyCar Series coming back as well. It would hopefully be run a lot like the newer IndyCar seasons, but if there's not enough interest it could go with a more classic feel.

I'm currently making a series inspired by champ4811's 2001 Winston Cup Set, on the ICR mod, and hopefully I can extend it to other eras. The names are fictional, but can be modified if requested, and I tried to keep the sponsors as faithful as I could to the original cars.
