Well, I'm not sure about you guys, but I missed this thread. I loved admiring other people graphics and posting some of my own shots. Sorry mods if you feel this is a bad idea, it can be deleted if it takes a wrong turn. Please though, try to keep as many crash shots away from this thread, no one wants to see 30 cars barrel rolling down the track, it's just unnecessary. Other than that, I hope we can all have some fun looking at the cool racing shots we post. So, enjoy!

Welcome back to Daytona Beach, FL for the second week in a row, as we get ready to go racing for real this weekend. The SimRacingDesign Truck Series has made its trek to the Daytona International Speedway, and is ready for 100 laps of racing under the lights.
Daytona International Speedway is a 2.5 mile superspeedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. The turns are banked at 31°, with the backstraightaway at 2° and the tri-oval at 18°....

2012 Sprint Cup Cars for BR11 Mod?

All I am missing to complete my 2012 carset for this specific mod are six drivers:

Juan Pablo Montoya
Scott Speed
Brad Keselowski
Marcos Ambrose
Denny Hamlin
Tony Stewart

I checked Team SBR and NNRacing and I couldn't find any paint schemes for any of those drivers for this specific mod. I was wondering if anyone here knew where I could possibly find these last few cars. Any help is definitely appreciated.

I was wondering where I can find some old downloads, specifically the 2012 Sprint Cup cars for the BR12 mod, that got taken down when the site was renovated, I've searched the forums and the wayback machine with no luck, if anyone has these (Specifically anything Jr., Kahne, or BK Racing) or can point me in the right direction I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Homestead '03 PWF SAFER barrier fix?

Is there a fix to the SAFER Barrier collision for Homestead PWF? It's extremely annoying that it acts as a tire barrier, whenever a car spins into it it gets destroyed. Homestead '05 Night does the same thing. Since I'm running 2003 cars, I'd rather not have to go all the way to the '08 track, or revert to the Papyrus '02 version.

Alternatively, I've tried opening it up in Sandbox myself but I'm getting errors.

About me: Rob aka Thunderbolt
I've been running race games for about 25 years now, Involved with Nascar Racing since the beginning Nascar Racing (1) on up through NR2003. Took 4 years off (2013-2016) and have just returned to the video game raceworld....strictly off line.

Question: what do you guys use as best overall Daytona tracks...for looks and race ability.
I am currently trying out SDT both day and night versions. FSE is nice but graphics hungry.

Last week: Wes Slates held off a hard charging Cole DesRosiers to secure his fifth career Cup victory, and the first of 2017. Attrition was light due to long green flag runs and spread-out packs.

This week: Expect more of the same, with limited passing opportunities and a strung-out field. This is the first time the series has run the road course, though specialists like Missimer and Curtain remain favorites....
